No, our masks and coverings are not Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), nor are they FDA approved. Our masks our fashionable, safe, wardrobe additions for those who use face masks to protect themselves from a wide variety of air pollutants, e.g. pollen, smoke, dust, etc.

Remember, face masks alone will not prevent exposure to viruses. Consult the guidelines by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for tips on how to avoid person-to-person contact, practice social distancing, avoid touching the eyes, nose, and mouth, cover coughs and sneezes with tissue or the inside of the elbow, frequently and thoroughly wash hands for at least 20 seconds, and more.

Unless manufacturer warranty/exceptions are noted on the product page, all sales are final - no cancellations, refunds or returns for health and safety reasons. We do, however, offer returns for manufacturer defects for the same item and size when applicable, within 14 days of sale.

365MASKS.com does not store your credit card information. All payment information is securely encrypted and handled by PayPal or Stripe via SSL (secure sockets layer). 

Please allow for 7-10 business days for processing, and shipping typically takes 4-7 days. All orders are shipped from the U.S. (no 30+ day overseas wait times).

We are initially shipping only to the U.S., with plans to ship to Canada soon.
